Registrations: I choose and I receive

Everything happens on the VENIO platform (here!). You'll be guided through it step by step. If you have any questions, you can contact the enrolment centre: jubile.magis.inscriptions@jesuites.com (youth members of our team will answer you).

On the platform, you choose your format, fill in the general information (see the list on VENIO), upload the required documents, validate your registration by paying, and that's it!

Depending on the format, registration is a one-step or two-step process.

If you choose the espresso option, it's simple: you validate and pay in one step.

If you choose the classica, registration is in two stages. In the first stage, you express your desire for the experiments, validate and pay the minimum (Jubilee + cheapest experiment). In the second stage, we'll get back to you to tell you which experiment has been allocated to you, and you'll pay the remainder. You will then receive all the information you need to finalise your organisation. Finally, you tell us what you want, and then you are ready to receive. This process of being ready to receive by committing yourself fully is another treasure of our spirituality ���

If you choose the spirituale, you enrol in one stage, during which you can choose between the two places to experience the Exercises.

And for the completa, it's the same as the classica, in several stages for the choice of experiences.

For the formats concerned, you can indicate whether you want to take the bus to or from Lyon, with the associated extra cost.

Transport

For the outward journey (arrival in Rome): connections between the experiments and Rome are included in the ‘experiment + Jubilee’ format, so you don't have to worry about that. However, you will need to make your own way to the experiment location that you will be assigned. To help you plan ahead, you will be asked for proof of transport at the relevant time. In any case, we are organising buses from Lyon for those who are joining us for the jubilee.

For the return journey (leaving Rome): connections to the locations where the Spiritual Exercises are being held are included in the ‘Jubilee + Spiritual Exercises’ format, so you don't need to worry about that. However, you will need to make your own travel arrangements to get home after the Exercises. To help you plan ahead, you will be asked for proof of transport at the relevant time. In the same way as for the outward journey, we are organising buses to Lyon for those who are completing their format with the Jubilee.

If you're coming on your own, we'll be waiting for you on Monday afternoon, July 28. 
If you're leaving on your own - because of the crowds, you'll need to leave plenty of room - we invite you to take a train from 5pm, and a plane from 6.30pm, not before.

These buses to and from Lyon are the simplest solution, barring any personal constraints that make the journey silly. No headaches, not too crowded to leave Rome, logistics thought out for you, don't hesitate and come by bus with a large part of the delegation!

Prices

The costs displayed here (https://www.reseau-magis.org/jubile-avec-magis/) are calculated as accurately as possible and without profit, to allow everyone to experience this jubilee adventure with MAGIS and to give time to the Lord in the heart of his summer. A solidarity fund will be proposed to allow those who can and wish to do so to support other participants. Money should not be a problem. If you need to, you can contact us to see how you can benefit from the solidarity fund.

The experiments

‘Finding God in all things’ is one of the pillars of Ignatian spirituality! It's up to you to choose the most appropriate means for you today, for a small step further in your personal and spiritual life. On the spot or on the move; in the mountains, at sea or in the countryside; in France or in Italy; with a social or artistic flavour. . . you are spoilt for choice. In all the experiments, a daily sharing group (a ‘Magis Circle’) will be offered to you to discuss the day and review what you have experienced, a group that you will keep for the Jubilee week.

A little advice for your choice: not all the experiments have the same terms and conditions. Take a good look at the information under the title on the specific page, it will tell you the start date, the cost, the meeting place, the language (most experiments are in French), as well as the age group concerned.

On the registration platform, you can select 5 experiments and specify your choices.

We will get back to you to confirm the experiment you have been selected for, and you can then get your tickets to attend. However, don't worry about your journey to the experiment in Rome: we will take you there, and it is included in the price.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISES – AFTER

The Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius are a treasure, and we really want to share them with you. So this year MAGIS invites you to experience them as a continuation of the Jubilee week.

What are the Exercises? A time of retreat, in silence, to meet Christ personally through meditation on his Word and contemplation. Personal and daily spiritual guidance will be offered to you.

The Spiritual Exercises are a tool for discernment and making choices that lead to more life!

Ready to take a little step further?

Two locations are available for you to experience the Exercises at a distance for 5 days, at the Simplon Pass in Switzerland or in Chartreuse (France), and we will take you there (included in the price). Take a look at the descriptions and dare to embark on this adventure, you won't regret it!
